Product and service

The paid core functionality arranges replies on ChatGPT and Claude websites and provides related layout settings. Results vary with website structure, reply content, browser, settings and device performance. We do not guarantee an ideal layout for every reply. CAIB is independent of these platforms.

Additional functionality

Other AI platform compatibility and experimental tools are supplementary. We do not guarantee compatibility, continued availability, a maintenance period or permanent inclusion. A change or failure in supplementary functionality does not by itself create an additional voluntary refund entitlement; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Updates and maintenance

Third-party website changes may temporarily affect CAIB and require an extension compatibility update. We do not promise a repair deadline, update frequency or permanent compatibility. CAIB cannot create missing source content or guarantee repairs to components already defective on the original website. These limits do not remove mandatory remedies for a paid product that fails to conform to its description.

Subscription, payment and authorization

Price, billing interval, any trial, discount duration, renewal amount and license limits are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically where stated at checkout; future renewals can be canceled through the order management route. The seller and payment service used for a transaction are identified at checkout and in its receipt. If sold through Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, that reseller’s applicable buyer terms also govern that transaction. If Stripe processes a direct sale, Stripe is the payment processor, not the supplier of CAIB. Canceling renewal does not itself refund an existing payment. See our Refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, CAIB, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, and indirect, incidental or consequential loss. We offer no additional compensation guarantee. Any voluntary refund is governed by our Refund policy. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or binding rules applicable to the transaction.
